Wow! What an incredible journey you find yourself on when you get to a place of total submission to God’s will for your life. My journey has taken me from Maryland to New York and back again several times. I was born and raised in Maryland. After graduating from Westminster High School I was off to the Rochester, NY area to attend Roberts Wesleyan College where I earned a BS in Elementary Education with an emphasis in Sociology/Social Work. After graduation I accepted a position as elementary/middle school teacher at Faith Temple School in Brighton, NY. Teaching was a wonderful experience, but a door opened up for me, and I accepted a position as a principal of Faith Christian School back in my home state of Maryland. Now, twelve years later I am back in Rochester, NY. The last time I left Rochester I took my wife and two children. I returned with my wife and now five children ranging in ages five to sixteen. I have learned, the hard way at times, that the most dangerous place in the world is outside of God’s will. I truly believe that this opportunity to lead Finney is one that centers me in His will for my life. The foundation has been laid by the tireless efforts of so many individuals since the founding of The Charles Finney School. My hope and desire is to continue moving the school in the direction of excellence as we advance the Kingdom of Christ here on earth.
